Your Curated Wellness Experiences
We don’t list every option. We vouch for the right one.
You don’t need another feed of retreats that photograph well. You need someone who’s already been in the room and knows the difference between polish and the real thing. That’s what we do for individuals, families, and the moments that call for both.
Anyone can post a sound bath. Not everyone should lead one.
The practitioners who’ve done the work show it in the details. The ones who haven’t, don’t. No matter how good their Instagram looks. That’s what we’re actually vetting for: not talent alone, but the discipline and integrity behind it.
Three steps. No guessing.

Sounds Heart Sanctuary
Hey there, I’m Melinda
But the people closest to me call me Meli.
In 2018, she found Biofield Tuning and built her own clinic, weaving sound healing into her practice around that same time. In 2019, she opened her first women’s circle. By 2020, that had grown into her first full retreat, and she’s been bringing people back to their bodies and to each other ever since.
Today, Melinda is a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner with a thriving practice, a certified MBSR meditation guide, and is currently training toward her certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) through Somatic Experiencing International. She’s facilitated women’s circles for seven years and continues to lead retreats built around that same foundation.
She works closely with a wide network of wellness professionals, including a weekly collaboration with a trained yoga teacher: yoga, followed by a sound bath, designed to support deep integration. It’s one example of how she works: pairing her own skills with trusted practitioners to create something more complete than either could offer alone.
What she loves most is being the go-to sound practitioner in retreat settings that aren’t her own: helping individuals and groups actually integrate what they’ve just moved through, in a way that feels nourishing rather than rushed. It’s a role she returns to again and again, and one she considers a real privilege.
Motherhood, community, sound, and years of practice all led here: a calling to support people in building a wellness practice that actually lasts, not a retreat high that fades by Monday.
Present Tense
Take the moment home with you
Present Tense, real-time photography with delivery within 24 hours. Built for sharing, not framing.
A lot of facilitators skip photography entirely because a full-time photographer is expensive and the turnaround, usually 1-2 weeks, means the images arrive long after the retreat or event is over. Present Tense solves both problems: affordable day rates, and lightly edited images in hand the next morning, in time to post and share your experience.
This is the quick version. For a fuller, more elaborate capture of your experience, we can connect you to vetted professional photographers in our network.
